During their annual press Christmas meeting Unipol Bologna announced that they have signed Jose Flores as replacement for Ronny Cedeno. The middle infielder is coming from Rimini to Emilia Romagna. The 29-year-old is a former Double-A minor leaguer who batted .283 with two home runs during the 2016 campaign. Additionally Bologna has added Robel Garcia. The 23-year-old infielder is transferring from Imola to Fortitudo.
