Atlanta Braves right-hander Jair Jurrjens faces injury concerns a few days before the start of Major League spring training. According to a report on MLB.com he will undergo a MRI in Atlanta this week. The 24-year-old experienced soreness after a recent throwing session. Last season he had a 14-10 record with an ERA of 2.60 for the Braves. The club hopes is counting for a repeat performance, so they have shot at the playoffs this year. Jurrjens pitched two innings in an exhibition match a few days ago in Curacao.
