Due to the surprise participation by Croatia in the Baseball World Cup, the final tournament of the Interleague with teams from Croatia, Serbia and Hungary was rescheduled for the upcoming weekend of September 26th and 27th. BK Zagreb will host the event. Nada SSM, Vindija Varazdin (all three CRO) and the Sleepwalkers (HUN) also hope to pick up the trophy. The semi-finals will be played on Saturday. The bronze medal and the championship game will follow one day later.
