The Vaessen Pioniers won a make-up game against the ADO Lakers 6-5 on Tuesday evening in the Dutch Hoofdklasse. Three runs in the top of the sixth gave the Pioniers the decisive lead in a seven-inning affair. Michael Duursma highlighted the rally with a two-run single. He drove in three overall. Former Minor Leaguer Swen Huijer received the win after a 1 1/3 innings relief appearance. Sylvester Martina took the loss. The rest of the make-up games were re-scheduled again.
