The Hoboken Pioneers have established a nice one-two-punch at the top of the pitching staff. They have signed Terence ANTONACCI from the Royal Greys and bring the American Brett DIAMOND back
ANTONACCI led the league with a 0.57 ERA and a 12-0 record. He struck out 113 in 95 innings pitched, walking just 15. He was a big reason that his former club won the Belgian Championship.
In addition to this important acquisition they are also able to extend the contract with their best pitcher from last season. DIAMOND had a 6-3 record with an ERA of 1.77 in nine starts during his first year in Belgium. He had 69 strikeouts and 16 base on balls in 71 innings pitched.
These two and Kenny VAN DEN BRANDEN (ERA 2.46, 7-6, 108 SO, 95 IP, 16 BB) will form an impressive group of hurlers for the Pioneers.
