The Royal Dutch Baseball and Softball Association (KNBSB) has appointed Gonny Farley as new general manager of the Softball National Team. She began her post on January 1. She is going to be responsible for the Women’s Softball National Team, as well as the Junior Women National Team. Farley is a former national team player (1994 to 1996) and former coach (2000-2006) in various capacities with the KNBSB. Her main goal is going to be the preparation of the Dutch softball national teams for a qualification for the Tokyo 2020 Olympics. Gonny Farley is the wife of former Dutch Baseball National Team Manager Brian Farley, who won the 2011 Baseball World Cup with the Netherlands.
