DINAMO BUKAREST from Romania won the eleventh edition of the international baseball tournament Finkstonball in Attnang-Puchheim. Twelve teams competed over four days against each other. BUKAREST beat the German second division club BAD HOMBURG HORNETS 3-2 in the finals. VINDIJA VARAZDIN secured third place with a victory against KRANJSKI LISJAKI in the bronze medal game.

Regarding the side events: The Australian Luke Suters from the DORNBIRN INDIANS got the win in the homerun derby with seven homeruns in ten tries.  The Austrian National Team won in front of 500 people in the stands the official opener against an all star squad 14-4 on Saturday.
