Beside the Extraleague and the Ceskomoravska Baseball League, the Czech Baseball Association also organized Youth National Championship in five categories: T-ball (U-10), Juveniles (U-12), Younger Cadets (U-14), Cadets (U-16) and Juniors (U-19). Four National Competitions were played as a weekend tournament and the Juniors Extraleague was played as multiple day tournaments with the best two teams advancing into a best-of-five final series.

Regional competitions were played during spring and summer, the best three teams from the Moravian group and the best two teams from the Bohemian group were promoted to the Juniors Extraleague.
