This is former LL umpire/coach who is wanted for sexual abuse of children.
He fled the US and probably is in Europe (possibly in Germany).
With all baseball activities starting now throughout Europe, please keep this information in mind and forward where you feel is appropriate.
Just in case he comes around baseball fields.
