German Softball: Results June 28/29
In the north of the German Softball-Bundesliga the Hamburg Knights extended their lead in the standings with a sweep against runner up Neunkirchen Nightmares. The Brauweiler Raging Abbots missed a opportunity to close the gap to the top three, while losing three of the four games this past weekend.
In the south, the MANNHEIM TORNADOS brought their winning streak to 19 games with two victories against seventh-ranked KARLSRUHE COUGARS. The doubleheader between the second and the third in the standings, HAAR and FREISING had to be postponed due to the unavailability of an umpire crew.
