During the next two weeks we are going to look at a few Baseball and Softball Leagues in Europe, we were not covering during the 2009 season.
Tornado Balashikha won the Russian Baseball championship this season. During the best-of-five final series they prevailed in four games against last year’s champion MGPU, which also had won a European Cup Qualifier this summer. It was the seventh title for Tornado in team history.
