Zajčki won the Slovenian Championship this year. They needed five games in the finals to clinch the title over Kranjski Lisjaki. Zajčki had lost games one and three with one run, but outscored Kranjski 28-8 in the games two and four. The decisive fifth match was a 4-3 nail biter. Both teams also dominated during the regular season.
