In the upcoming days we are trying to catch up with the leagues in European Baseball and Softball, we were not covering during the summer. We are going to give you an overview about the championship, hopefully from every country in Europe. You can also send us (news@mister-baseball.com) a report about your league and we’ll try to publish it.
The OSLO PRETENDERS defended their title in Norwegian Baseball with a three-game sweep in the finals against the ROYALS. Both teams were 9-3 in the NBL this summer. In the playoff round the PRETENDERS went 9-0, while ØHIL lost five of the nine games. It was the 14th title for OSLO. The ROYALS last had won the championship in 1997.
