Just a few weeks after announcing their withdrawal from the Italian Baseball League, the Catania Warriors also will not be a part of the Serie A of the Federal Championship in Italy either. First reported by Baseball.it the lack of adequate financial resources is the main reason to renounce their participation from the Serie A. With that decision the near future of high-level baseball in Sicily is not looking too bright.
