The Boston Red Sox released right-handed pitcher Dennis Neuman. The 22-year-old from Curacao was a member of the Dutch national team during the 2009 Baseball World Cup and the 2010 Intercontinental Cup. He spent five seasons in the farm system of the organization, reaching Triple-A. In 2011 he split time between Single-A, High-A and Triple-A, combining for a 2-5 record with an ERA of 5.50 in 36 games.
