Baham, Lacasse likely returning to Baseball-Bundesliga

There isn’t an official announcement yet, but there are rumors that the BONN CAPITALS will bring in two American Baseball-Bundesliga veterans for the 2010 season. The 35-year-old Alex Baham played in Germany between 1996 and 2003, four seasons of them for the CAPITALS. Through eight years he had a batting average of .397 (OBP .504/SLG .706) with 38 homeruns, 210 runs and 216 RBI in 198 total games. The 29-year-old Jesse Lacasse played for the NEUNKIRCHEN NIGHTMARES in 2005, batting .322 (OBP .435/SLG .701) with seven homeruns, 20 runs and 29 RBI in 28 games.
