The organisers of the Jim Evans European Classic would like to invite interested umpires in Europe to a training camp in Rouen, France. It will be held from April 6th to 11th 2008.
The clinic will be undertaken by Jim EVANS, who is one of the best umpire trainers in the business, along with three former AAA umpires and a former Minor League umpire supervisor. It will include a total of 40 hours of seminars in the classroom and on the field. Some of the topics are angle/distance theory, timing techniques, reading plays, use of equipment, handling arguments/ejections and many more.
