August 14th: In Utena, Lithuania, the 5th Annual Vilnius “Sporto Vilkai” Cup U15 international baseball tournament ended with Czech Club Ostrava “Arrows” winning for the second year in a row. Ostrava “Arrows” defeated Brest “Zubry” of Belarus 12-5 in the final game. In the consolation game for 3rd and 4th place, Kaunas “Lituanica” came out on top defeating their rivals Vilnius “Sporto Vilkai” in extra innings 7-6. The Dzialdovo Yankees of Poland took the fifth and final place in the tournament.
