Arrows Ostrava complete Pitching Staff for 2011 Season

Arrows Ostrava added to their pitching staff 23 years old RHP Shelby Robertson. 2010 was the first pro season for Shelby after graduating at Milsaps College. He played in the Golden Baseball League for Yuma Scorpions and Tijuana Cimarrones.
