The Spanish Division de Honor club EL LLANO announced on its website that they have signed two Argentine players for the upcoming season. The catcher and outfielder were born in Salta, Argentina, but have Spanish passports. Nicolas Peyrot is 21 years old, Jose Maria Palacios 18. They will join Gabriel Sanso as the third player from Argentina in Gijon.
Carlos Fente, Javier Flores and Fidel Mane left club during the winter. They extended contracts with Roberto Noriega, Ruben Fente, Sanso, Juan Alonso, Marcos Trillo, Emilio Perez, Armando Fernandez and Enzo Contreras.
