While the 2011 season in European Baseball slowly is approaching, we’re finishing up our review series to last year’s action with the Swedish Elitserien. Already back in the dugout are Italy, the Netherlands, Germany, Spain, France, Czech Republic, Belgium, Austria and Croatia.
Tranås
2010 Record: 12-10
2010 Ranking: 4th place in Swedish Elitserien after regular season. Tranås took the fourth spot in the semi-finals after the top-six round. In the best-of-three series Stockholm won the first two games and eliminated Tranås. In December they decided to withdraw from the Elitserien due to player shortage.
