2009 in Review – French Elite League – Stade Toulousain



Even though we already started the year 2010, we will continue to look back at the 2009 season in Europe’s elite leagues. After the Netherlands, Italy, Spain, Germany, Czech Republic , Sweden and Austria we will continue with the French Elite League.

Stade Toulousain

2009 Record: 13-20 (including playdowns)
2009 Ranking: sixth place in French Elite League. The Tigers had a 11-17 record after the regular season and won two of six games during the playdowns.
Runs Scored: 113 (in regular season)
Runs Allowed: 180 (in regular season)

Best Batter: Gaspard Fessy. He batted .300 (OBP .348/SLG .380) with a triple, six doubles, 15 runs scored and nine RBI in 26 games.
Best OPS: Sébastien Morgavi .729
